Longing for some love,
oh yes, I’m longing for
some love.
I wouldn’t mind if I was
to swoon from being too
overwhelmed.
Too overwhelmed to
comprehend this
affection.
I don’t want to complain,
but I can’t contain these
emotions.
I truly long for love
that is deeper than the
ocean.
I wouldn’t want a potion.
For it will just give off false
effects that won’t last.
I’m longing for some love,
oh yes, I’m longing for

Does it even exist?
The true love that I ache
and yearn for.
I have learned that this
type of love develops with
a strong bond and is rare
like a jewel that isn’t seen
by many.
