I can no longer
believe in words
people say.
One minute, it’s
positive and then
the next minute, it’s
negative.
Compliment me and
then do the opposite,
Easily flipping words
like being upside down
on a crazy disco ride.
I fly down from
the baseline.
No longer being who I
used to be, but someone
completely different.
Fixed thoughts of being
strong are destroyed like
a mirror, many sharp
shards piercing the skin.
It’s magnificent how things
can sometimes take a turn
for the worse.
I am tired of believing
negative things over the
positive.
Just get over every got damn
gloomy emotion and walk
proud…..(easier said than
done.)
Who gives a fudge about
what others think.
In the end, it won’t matter
because they truly didn’t
tell you how they felt in
the first place.
They were either honest
or straight-up lying.
True or false?
Are those words
true or false……..
Those sweet filled words
that were only created in
a moment to start a
conversation?
