Nina snickers as she
shows a few students
the humiliating state
I was in earlier this
morning.
I pull out my phone and
see that my infamous video
has been uploaded to social
media just an hour after the
ordeal.
The video is heavily
edited with silly effects
and conveniently leaves
out the part where I gave
Ami a beautiful bloody
nose.
All the bystanders are
laughing and talking
about me.
To make matters worse,
Nina brings Ronin over
and shows him the
video.
Ronin’s lips
curl into a
innocent
smile
before he starts
laughing.
I always feel
confused about
one particular
thing:
Ronin plays his role
so well.
He pretends, reminding
me of a magician.
Oh, how much I
wish the roles
were reversed.
