I stood before the door
of the Azriel mansion,
feeling nervous as
usual.
It was not my first time
being there, but having
dinner was definitely a
first.
Tetsuya invited me for
dinner, and I couldn’t
refuse the offer, so I
was there.

finest pink dress
and black high
pumps.
With my index finger,
I pressed the doorbell.
The doorbell chimed
twice.
As I waited patiently,
I looked down at my
shoes.
I hoped not to make a
bad impression on
Tetsuya’s family.
When the mansion’s door
opened, an older woman
with long gray hair and
dark green eyes
appeared.
We made eye contact,
and I put on my best
smile,
“Hello there. My name
is Tsukino. A friend of
Tetsuya.”
The woman wore a cute
and mischievous grin.
“Oh hello Tsuki. Tetsu,
my dear son has told
me all about you.
Please enter.”
She insisted.
The nickname made
my cheeks heat up
as I entered the
mansion.
Tetsuya’s mother
showed me to the
dining room.
