“Hi there! Are you
Tetsuya’s girlfriend?”
A girl with short blonde
hair and brown eyes
asked out of pure
curiosity.
I turned beet red,
unsure how to
respond.
Her friend next to her,
with long hot pink hair
and black eyes,
snickered.
“We are just friends for
now.” Tetsuya calmly
said.
My heart pounded
in anticipation at
his words.
Just friends for now?
Was that a hint at something?
“I’m jealous.” Ronin said
jokingly, smiling.
Tetsuya shot Ronin a
small glare, “Aren’t you
seeing someone yourself?”
Ronin replied immediately,
“Sort of.”
He made eye contact
with the blonde girl,
who winked at him
playfully.
“Who are the two girls?”
I asked Tetsuya in a
whisper.
Tetsuya responded,
“Nina is the blonde
and the other one
is Ami.”
His voice was also
a whisper.
