After explaining to Tetsu
about my nightmare and
memory, I speak my
mind.
“Bad things have happened
to us.” I tell Ronin with teary
eyes.
“We can’t stay here.” I add.
“This place is evil and we
must leave before its
too late.”
“I know this, Tsukino,
but the problem
is much more
complicated.”
“How so?” I ask Tetsu,
looking out the window
as I sit at the windowsill.
The sky is a clear
and infinite blue.
It’s so beautiful
and calming
to look at.
I look away from the
window and at Tetsu,
who decides to sit next
to me.
He grabs my hand,
giving me a stern
look.
“Ronin created this
world to lock us in.
Everyone here is
keeping this place
afloat. But especially
Adam, who is lust, and
Cassandra, who is
control.”
Tetsuya explains,
“The only way out
is to escape through
the tall glass window.
The one that displays
a holy red rose.”
“I saw that before coming
here to your room.” I
smile, feeling a bit
scared.
