As Tetsu buys the kimono
and we leave the store,
I think of many things
we can do.
“Should we take photos
at one of those photo
booths, Tetsuya?” I
ask out loud.
I wanted to keep that
idea to myself.
Tetsuya looks surprised,
“I’m not really a photo
person but because it’s
you we should.”
“Yay!” I exclaim, dragging
him over to one of the
photo booths.
The inside is a bit small,
but the two of us end up
sitting next to each other,
shoulders touching.
Tetsuya inserts some
money into the photo
booth bill slot.
I feel a little nervous,
staying quiet.
Tetsuya appears to be
as calm as ever, making
me wonder if he’s done
this before with another
girl.
He’s handsome, so
I wouldn’t be surprised
if my thoughts were true.
